  • I am a psychotherapist and a member of L’Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec and hold the psychotherapy permit issued by the l’Ordre des psychologue du Québec. My background is in Counseling Psychology. I can give copies of my receipts for folks who want to verify that their insurance can cover our work together.
  • I work with individuals, couples, and families, and am also interested in working with people who have come together for reasons other than traditional family groupings such as friends, alternative family structures, roommates, and work colleagues.
  • I work with a sliding scale – $50-$110 for individuals and $60-$110 for relational groups.
  • I incorporate a number of therapy models into my work — mainly cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). I am also currently completing the Level I training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
  • I will work with you to uncover, understand, and change patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and behaving that have become barriers or sources of difficulty for you. My style is to work relationally and collaboratively with you in order to articulate your struggles, set therapeutic goals, and work together to create desired changes.
  • All of my work is influenced by my own commitment to and participation in social justice, anarchist, and queer/LGBT communities. I am comfortable with their wide variety of ways of being, values, and relationship styles, including kink and poly.
  • I have supported people in their sexual and gender identity explorations and recognize the many ways that homophobia and transphobia negatively affect psychological wellbeing.
  • I am comfortable with and able to write the letters of support required for transitioning.
